Hi, I’m Coach Breezy!

I earned my Bachelor’s in Kinesiology & Exercise Science with a minor in Nutrition in 2019, and soon after stepped into the collegiate athletics world. I worked in strength and conditioning at Georgia Southern University and later at Mississippi State University, coaching athletes across sports like soccer, basketball, volleyball, and track.

Before that, I got my start at the YMCA, leading everything from group fitness and small-group classes to one-on-one training and boot camps. After my time in the collegiate space, I returned to family-owned gyms and eventually transitioned into corporate fitness at Lifetime Fitness in Buckhead, where I worked with busy professionals who needed high-level results while balancing demanding careers.

Along the way, I became certified through the industry’s most respected organizations — NASM, CSCS, and Precision Nutrition — and used every stage of my journey to shape what is now BreezyFitCo. Today, BreezyFitCo brings together everything I’ve learned from training athletes, professionals, and everyday people to serve the ones who need it most: busy, high-achieving professionals. My mission is simple — to help you balance health and wellness, train like an athlete, and increase your performance in all areas of life, not just in the gym.
